The platform was built no later than 1927. Until 1932, it was called the 66 km block post [1] . The current name is due to the fact that during the years of Soviet power, plots of family farms were located next to the platform, from which the name of the platform was formed.

Electrification was carried out in 1933. Two side platforms. Two ways. All are electrified.

In 1990, Archpriest Alexander Men was killed nearby.

In 2019, the platform in the direction of the region was repaired with the installation of canopies, fences and tile laying, there are no turnstiles . One ticket office on the platform towards Moscow.

Until 2002, almost all electric trains passing through it stopped on the platform, but later the next ones mainly to Alexandrov and Balakirevo began to pass without stopping.

Approximately 100 meters from the platform is the Khotkovskoye Highway, on which there is bus number 55 (Abramtsevo village - polyclinic - Khotkovo station - CRH - clothing market) and part of bus No. 388 flights ( Sergiev Posad station - Khotkovo station - st. m. ENEA ). Exit to the stop from the last car when following the train from Moscow and then you should go along Vokzalnaya street.
