Born September 14, 1902 in Tours . He graduated from the Paris Conservatory with Maurice Vieux . Since 1943 , he led the chamber ensemble class there, raising a number of significant musicians (among his students, in particular, Patrice Fontanarosa ). As part of the family trio, Pasquier was the performer, including the first performer, of many works of the latest French music - including composers such as Darius Millau , Jean France , Florent Schmitt and Gabriel Pierre (the latter dedicated his trio to Op.90). In addition to his brothers, he also performed and recorded with such musicians as Lily Laskin and Jean Pierre Rampal (the famous recording of the Sonata for Viola, Flute and Harp by Claude Debussy), Nadia Boulanger (premiere of Rhapsody for Viola and Orchestra by Jean France , London , 1946 ) and etc.
