Cambodia is located in Southeast Asia and covers an area of ​​181 thousand km² . Most of the territory is located in the Mekong basin and is surrounded on almost all sides by mountains, resembling a bowl with high edges.

The Mekong is navigable all over the country, and ships can enter from the South China Sea all the way to Phnom Penh .
