Bayev, Oleg Yakovlevich

Born on June 28, 1941 in the city of Voronezh ^[2] . In 1958 he entered and graduated from the Law Faculty of Voronezh State University in 1964.

From 1962 to 1973 he worked as an investigator of the USSR prosecutor's office in the Kaluga and Voronezh regions, then he switched to scientific and teaching work.

In 1976, at the V. I. Lenin Belarusian State University, he defended his thesis on the topic “Forensic tactics and the law of criminal procedure”. In 1985, at the Leningrad State University, he defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty 12.00.09 (criminal procedure, forensic science and forensic science; operational-search activity) on the topic "Conflict situations during the preliminary investigation and forensic means of preventing and resolving them." In 1987 he was awarded the title of professor.

For many years, he heads the Department of Forensics at Voronezh State University.

Head of the large law firm “Bayev and partners”.
