Kamenskaya (television series)

Late 1990s - early 2000s . Crime got out of the control of law enforcement agencies, and police major Anastasia Kamenskaya conducts investigations into the crimes. Soon she goes to the murder department of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department under the leadership of Colonel Viktor Alekseevich Gordeev. Police major Yuri Korotkov and police captain Mikhail Lesnikov work with her. In the second season, Lesnikov goes to work in Interpol , and later in the FSB ; instead, the captain of the police from the district administration Mikhail Dotsenko comes to the team; in the fifth season Korotkov dies.

Often, the crimes that Kamenskaya is investigating are involved or even involved in him authoritative people: politicians, businessmen, heads of large organizations. However, in addition to enemies from the Kamenskaya system, he also meets friends who are ready to help her.

Anastasia Pavlovna Kamenskaya

The main character of the series. He is famous for his analytical abilities, outstanding intelligence, as well as his “difficult character”, which consists in the ability to stand up for himself before his bosses and achieve his goal, despite the barriers that arise.

Anastasia Pavlovna was brought up by her stepfather and mother, with whom she rarely communicates due to workload. Kamenskaya is married to a mathematician, one of the few people with whom she can find a common language. She is fundamentally opposed to the idea of ​​having children, because she believes that she will not be able to cope with them, and also because of fear that criminals can use them for blackmail.

Kamenskaya is a strong personality who devotes herself entirely to work. Her goal is to catch criminals and solve cases. Despite this, she is a fragile woman in her heart: even if she carries a gun, she is deep in a backpack, sometimes she feels sick at the sight of corpses. Left alone, she is able to cry for several hours, remembering a murdered comrade or just a person under investigation. Kamenskaya treats former convicts humanly, she is against risky operations, during which people can suffer. Often opposed to the system, for which attempts on it were made many times.

Yuri Korotkov

He works in a team with Kamenskaya. A simple opera that is not averse to drinking or taking time off to meet his mistress. Korotkov has a wife and three children. In the 5th season, it becomes known that Korotkov died in the line of duty ^[1] .

The Gingerbread Man (Victor Alekseevich Gordeev)

Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow. Wise, kind and fair. Ready to stand behind a wall for your employees. He does not tolerate amateur performances from his employees and is always indignant when these facts are revealed.

Alexey Chistyakov

Kamenskaya’s husband. Before the wedding he lived with Kamenskaya for more than 15 years. The scientist is a mathematician. She loves Nastya very much, and when she leaves her, she always returns. Chistyakov is ready to put up with all the shortcomings of Kamenskaya and often helps her in analytical work, arranging crimes on the shelves by logical methods. Sometimes it gives Kamenskaya a clue.
