Human Rights Publishers is an international publishing group formed in 2004 by two publishers of the same name (“Human Rights”) in Moscow and Prague and the independent non-profit organization “The Editorial Office of the“ Human Rights Defender ”magazine” in Izhevsk . The chief editor and founder of the publishing house is Vladimir Vedrashko .
