Alexander Evgenievich Lipatov (June 10, 1981, Leningrad ) is a Russian athlete, captain of the Russian national team in rowing slalom, and a participant in the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing and London .

Twice Alexander managed to reach the semifinals of the competition. In 2008, he took 9th place, and in 2012 he stopped at 11th position .
