Berkovetsky cemetery ( Ukrainian: Berkovetske cemetery ) - the largest necropolis in Kiev, located on the site of the former hamlet Berkovets .

Created in 1957 . Located along Stetsenko and Gazoprovodnaya streets. Area - 152 ha . In the center of the necropolis is a ritual hall.
In addition to the usual sections, part of the cemetery was allocated for transferring burials from the Lukyanovsky Jewish cemetery destroyed during the Great Patriotic War.
Since 1986, the mass use of the cemetery has ceased, there are only individual burials and burials in related graves. Also, veterans of the Great Patriotic and Soviet-Afghan wars and some famous people are buried in the cemetery.
A separate site has been allocated for the burial of military personnel participating in hostilities in Afghanistan .
