Chuck Burgi (or Bergi , Bergi ; [ˈbɜː (r) gi] [1] ; Eng. Chuck Burgi , full name Charles Arnold Burgi III , Eng. Charles Arnold Burgi III ; August 15, 1952 , Montclair , New Jersey , USA ) - American drummer. The elder brother of the American actor Richard Burgi .

Started playing drums at the age of 12. He studied at the same school with Joe Walsh .
The first professional band that Burgi played in was Fandango , where Joe Lin Turner sang and played guitar. In 1975, Burgi leaves Fandango and plays with Al Di Meola . In 1977, falls into Brand X. In 1979 he returned to Fandango.
After that he played in Balance, Hall & Oates , with Michael Bolton , in Meat Loaf , in Blue Öyster Cult , with Billy Joel , in Rainbow .
Since November 2005, Chuck has been a drummer in Billy Joel's band.
