The source of this water is located in the Primorsky Territory in the Pozharsky district at the foot of the Sikhote-Alin , 18 km from the village of Luchegorsk (500 km north of Vladivostok ), in the vicinity of the village of Lastochka (station Lastochka of the Far Eastern Railway ).

The mineral spring “Lastochka” was discovered by settlers at the end of the 19th century , and the commercial exploitation of the spring began in 1913 . In 1915, the source was leased for 99 years by Lev Petrovich Orlov, a private entrepreneur from the peasants of the village of Ignatievka . He made bottling of mineral water. After the revolution, the company he founded ceased to exist.
In 1932, a fishing artel called “Swallow” was created at the natural source of mineral water, subordinate to the Imanskiy district food factory, and the organized use of the spring was resumed. "Swallow" has a salinity of 3 to 5 g per liter and refers to medicinal-table waters.
It is a trademark of the company Factory Swallow.
At the exhibition "PRODEXPO - 2005" in the competition "Best Product" received a Gold Medal. It became the best mineral water of 2003 at the All-Russian contest " Best of the Best ." [one]
