The Museum of the RSUH “Other Art” is an art museum created at the RSUH based on the collection of Leonid Prokhorovich Talochkin [1] .

History
The “Other Art” Museum, dedicated to the unofficial Russian art of the 1950–1970s, opened on February 25, 2000 at the Museum Center of the Russian State Humanitarian University [2] .
To date, the collection has more than 1,500 items. Most of the collection is represented by early works of artists of the "sixties," but there are more recent, until the late 1990s.
About 200 works are exhibited directly in the exposition, exhibitions are regularly held.
In March 2014, it became known about the intention of Tatiana Wendelstein, the widow and heiress of the collector Leonid Talochkin, to terminate the temporary storage contract between her and the RSUH [3] . Tatyana Vendelshtein announced her desire to transfer the collection of Talochkin to the State Tretyakov Gallery [3] .
