Career
Club
Colin began his career at the English club Bury , which played in the fourth strongest division, at the age of 18. The young man was a solid base player and moved up the division above to Brighton . The very next season, Kazim-Richards became a Sheffield United player who played in the English Premier League that season. Colin spent 5 matches for the Turkish youth team. June 5, 2007 he made his debut for the adult national team " Janissaries ". That same summer, he moved to Fenerbahçe , with whom he reached the quarterfinals of the Champions League , where the Istanbul team lost the sum of two matches to the future finalist - London Chelsea . In a home match against the “blue” Colin scored the winning goal (the match ended with the score 2: 1).
In January 2011, Fenerbahçe terminated the contract with the midfielder, and he, as a free agent, transferred to Galatasaray [1] .
In August 2013, it was acquired by the Bursaspor club from another Turkish club Galatasaray . The contract is designed for 4 years. The amount of the transaction is not reported. In January 2016 he moved to the Scottish Celtic , signing a contract with the club for 2.5 years [2] .

Colin Kazim-Richards received a call to the national team from her head coach Fatih Terima for the 2008 European Championships . Personal life
On the paternal side, having Caribbean roots (his father hails from the former British colony of Antigua and Barbuda , and his mother is Turkish Cypriot ). Parents wanted to name their son with the double name Colin-Kazim, but by mistake the middle name (Kazim) became part of the surname [3] .
