About the album
The disc was released less than a year after four solo albums, which became "commercial disappointments . " The album and the subsequent concert tour marked the “return of Kiss ”.
Kiss was invited to produce Vini Ponzia's album, which produced Peter Criss's solo album. After rehearsals, Ponzia decided to expel Peter, arguing that he was not able to play normally. Thus, on most tracks (with the exception of “Dirty Living”), the drums belong to Anton Figo , who played drums on Ace Freili's solo album .
The first single from the album, “ I Was Made For Lovin 'You, ” was disco -style percussion and was a success since disco was at the peak of popularity at that time.
