Beineu class 3 airfield, designed to receive An-24 , An-26 , Yak-40 and lighter aircraft, as well as all types of helicopters . In the 1990s, the airfield was abandoned and has since been used as a landing pad for Class A aircraft ( An-2 and the like) and helicopters for aerial work .
In 2009, the airfield was used during the 2009 Silk Road Rally. On September 8, 2 An-74 , An-26, 2 An-24 aircraft , several Cessna , as well as several helicopters of various types landed at the airport.
In April 2015, the C-295 Air Force of the Republic of Kazakhstan landed at the airport
