Location
The village is located 65 km north-east of the administrative center of the region of Concepcion and 30 km north-west of the administrative center of the province of Chillan .
The commune borders:
- in the north - with the Ninue commune;
- in the northeast - with the commune of San Nicholas ;
- in the southeast - with the commune of Chillan ;
- in the south-west - with the commune Rankil ;
- in the west - with the commune of Coelam ;
- in the north-west - with the commune of Treguaco .
