Location
The village of San Gregorio is located 127 km northeast of the administrative center of the region - the city of Concepcion and 44 km northeast of the administrative center of the province - the city of Chillan .

- in the southwest - with the commune of San Carlos
- in the north-west - with the commune of Kaukenes
