History
The team was created in 1984 under the name Kwantum , with most riders coming from TI-Raleigh . From the same year, the team each time participates in the Tour de France , and after entering the divisions in 1998 , it was always in the first division. For many years, the main sponsor of the team was Rabobank , but at the end of 2012 the company announced the termination of cooperation with the team. But she said she would continue her relationship with an amateur cycling team as a sponsor, including training a youth and cross-team.
