Tatyana Arno (real name Tatyana Viktorovna Sheshukova ; born November 7, 1981 , Moscow ) is a Russian TV presenter, journalist and presenter of the " Draw " program with Valdis Pelsh on Channel One (2003-2012).

Biography

Born on November 7, 1981 in Moscow . Her mother is half Estonian by nationality and, having come to Channel One , Tatyana took her maiden name Arno [1] , she has an older sister Julia (born in 1971 ) [1] . Tatyana Arno graduated from the German Language Department of Moscow State Linguistic University (Inyaza named after Maurice Thorez) , specializing in “Linguistics of Intercultural Communications” [2] .

Television work

  • From September 2001 to August 2003, she led the Afisha program on NTV , RTR, and STS TV channels as Tatyana Sheshukova [1] .
  • Together with Valdis Pelsh, she was the host of the " Draw " program from September 20, 2003 to April 29, 2012 ( Channel One ) [3] .
  • One of the leading programs of the " Big City " on the STS channel from November 7 to December 26, 2009 [4] .
  • From November 6, 2010 to August 28, 2011, together with Leonid Parfyonov, she led the program “ What are our years ” (“Channel One”) [5] .
  • Since the end of 2011, she worked as a full-time host of the Dozhd TV channel, hosted the Here and Now information program and some other programs. In December 2014, she announced her departure from the channel, not related to the financial problems of the television company [6] .
  • From March 6 to August 28, 2016 she was the host of a reality show about the New Life style on STS [7] .
  • In December 2016, she resumed work on the Dozhd TV channel in the previous quality [8] , and worked there until the end of 2017.
  • Since September 11, 2017 - the chief editor of the online publication "Spletnik.ru" [9] .

Public position

In October 2008, she signed an open letter of appeal in defense and support of the release of the lawyer of the Yukos oil company Svetlana Bakhmina [10] .

Charity

Tatyana Arno is a member of the Board of Trustees [11] of the Moscow Faith Hospice Charity Fund [12] .

Personal life

In February 2011, Tatiana married St. Petersburg musician and journalist Kirill Ivanov [13] .
