A.V. Suvorov Museum in the village of Timanivka ( Tulchinsky district of Vinnitsa region of Ukraine ) was created in 1947. It is located in the house where A.V. Suvorov lived in 1796 - 1797 . At this time, its headquarters was located in the nearby city of Tulchin .

In Timanivka, the Suvorov barracks and the remains of earthworks were preserved, where A. V. Suvorov taught the soldiers how to storm enemy fortifications [1] . Here Suvorov wrote his book “The Science of Winning” .
The museum building is located in the center of the village. In 1954, a bust of the commander was opened near him.
