Shlomi ( Hebrew שלומי ) is a settlement located in northern Israel , near the border with Lebanon .

History
The city was founded in 1950 by immigrants from Morocco . In the nineties of the last century, he was actively settled by immigrants from the Soviet Union.
The city was repeatedly subjected to rocket attacks by militants of the Hezbollah organization .
