Career
Filipe Albuquerque began his career with karting in 1993, “At the beginning, karting was just fun for me, but faster and faster it became serious.” Albuquerque recalled: “It is very difficult to find a sponsor. Without the support of Red Bull, I would most likely continue to study at home, ”he added. [1] A young Portuguese rider won two national karting titles before moving to Spanish Formula 3 with the help of Red Bull. But later Albuquerque moved to Formula Renault.
