Boris Mikhailovich Viktorov (original surname Drucker ; [1] January 16, 1947 , Ufa - October 14, 2004 , Moscow ) - Russian poet .

Biography

Born in Ufa in the family of a shoemaker and seamstress. Until the age of ten, he lived in the city of Leninsk-Kuznetsk, Kemerovo region (where his father got a job as a miner), then in Chisinau (1957). He visited the literary studio "Orbit" (under the newspaper "Youth of Moldova"), led by the poet Rudolf Olshevsky . [2] He was part of the circle of beginning Chisinau writers associated with this literary association ( Alexander Ozhiganov , Naum Kaplan , Alexander Fradis , Victor Panay, Alexander Brodsky and others). He worked as a galvanizer at a factory.

The first poetic collection Ferry was published in 1968 . He graduated from the Higher Literary Courses at the M. Gorky Institute of Literature ( A.P. Mezhirov seminar).

Since 1987 he lived in Moscow . The last years of his life suffered from renal failure due to chronic glomerulonephritis .

Member of the Union of Writers of the USSR. Laureate of the prize “Artiada of the Peoples of Russia” for the collection “Chelokon”. In 2000, he was nominated for the Antibooker 2000 Prize.
