Elles de Graaf ( Dutch: Elles de Graaf , September 20, 1974 , Alkmaar ) is a Dutch trance singer and dancer.

Elles received her professional education at the Dutch musical lyceum "Stichting Amsterdamse Balletacademie" under Lucia Martas, where she studied dance, jazz, contemporary ballet and acrobatics. Soon she was offered to act as a model and dancer at numerous parties, concerts and television shows. Later, she founded her own contemporary dance agency, called the Concert Building, in which she organized auditions and choreography shows for beginner dancers. She was also invited as a backing vocalist to various concerts.

In 2001, Elles De Graf was spotted by Armin van Buuren , who needed a vocalist. He was struck by her unusual and strong voice and lines, and as a result the famous “Sound of Goodbye” was born, which Armin released under the pseudonym “Perpetuous Dreamer”. In addition, Elles de Graf, starred in the eponymous clip for this composition. This popularity became a reason for Armin to doubt the Perpetuous Dreamer project, which, in his opinion, was too commercial.

The next Perpetuous Dreamer with Elleses' vocals “Dust Wav” was less popular and could not reach the same heights as “Sound of Goodbye”. This ended the collaboration of Armin and Elles and the Perpetuous Dreamer project ceased to exist. However, they are still friends. In 2008, Elles brilliantly performed in Armin’s show “ArminOnly Imagine” and showed everyone that there was still gunpowder in the flasks.

But Elles is not limited to this creative career. She fruitfully collaborated with Blank & Jones and Ferry Corsten . And in 2006, Russian producer and DJ Dmitry Almazov ( Bobina ) wrote the song "Lighthouse", in the recording of which Elles de Graf took part.
