Biography
Born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. His family repatriated to Israel when Arthur was 2 years old. He lived in Israel for more than 20 years. He currently lives in Tarragona , Spain . He also lived in France, Prague, Switzerland, Ljubljana ( Slovenia ) and Budapest. In 1981-89 He won the city championships in Bat Yam , Holon, Rishon Lezion, Petah Tikva.
