The head of the chess school of the Baku Palace of Pioneers (1940 - 70-ies.). His pupils were Vladimir Bagirov , Tatyana Zatulovskaya , Nonna Karakashyan , Oleg Privorotsky (first coach Garry Kasparov ), Leonid Listingarten and others.

He led a chess column in the republican newspaper [1] .
