History
According to the data for 1859, in the “List of Populated Places” of the Nizhny Novgorod Province it is listed as a state village at the wells of the Chernoretsky volost of the Balakhninsky district 50 versts from the county town of Balakhna . There were 46 yards in the village and 322 people lived (151 men and 171 women). [four]
