At the entrance to the Parking, at the foot of the mountain there is a group of Shesh Narayan ponds, connected by channels. The water in them is crystal clear and allows you to watch schools of fish living in sacred water. From here begins the staircase to a small temple, which is one of the four main temples of Vishnu in the Kathmandu Valley. Nearby are located nearby Buddhist stupas, which are adjacent to a small Buddhist monastery. This place is very famous thanks to Chatral Rinpoche, one of the strongest masters of the Nyingma tradition, who lives here in solitude with his monks. The cave within the complex is considered the place where Padmasambhava

Nearby is the temple of Vajra Yogini, one of the defenders of Buddhism, with a gilded roof, built in the seventeenth century in the Nevar style.

At the top of the back of the hill are several Buddhist monasteries at the site where Padmasambhava achieved a high spiritual realization.

Nearby is a small chapel where many people always come. In it you can see the self-manifesting image of Tara, one of the female aspects of compassion, accepted in Buddhism. Every year, the image of Tara without outside help becomes more and more apparent on the surface of the rock. The image that Buddhists associate with Tara, Hindus consider the goddess Saraswati, therefore, there are always enough pilgrims, both Buddhist and Hindu.

Above the village is the main Shrine of Parping - Asura Cave, and numerous colorful prayer flags hanging on trees announce this. It was here that Padmasambhava once spent a long time practicing tantric practices and meditating. Judging by the extraordinary importance of this place, the great Master reached a very high level of spiritual development here. Therefore, many subsequent practitioners came here to meditate, knowing that Asura Cave has tremendous power of blessing. Near the cave is a retreat center built by Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. This small monastery, providing the necessary conditions for those who are in long solitude, is part of the Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling project, founded by Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche and Choki Nyima Rinpoche.
