The meaning of the concept

The concept of intersubjectivity is actively developed by E. Husserl in his fundamental treatise "Cartesian Reflections . " This concept is revealed in the course of solving the problem of solipsism , identified in the light of the "Logical research" . The essence of the problem is the need to push beyond the limits of phenomenological research any uncritically accepted postulates: the existence of the world, the Other , etc., for a deeper analysis of the forms of consciousness that define the apodictic foundations of cognition. As a result, the question arises, on what basis can we recognize the reality of the existence of the world itself, as well as other participants in the cognitive process.

E. Husserl (in many ways reproducing the provisions of I. Kant regarding the place and role of transcendental subjectivity in cognition) comes to the conclusion that the very structure (constitution) of consciousness involves a complex multi-level structure, within which the qualities of intentionality and pre-subject reality (horizon) ) the world of social ties and relationships. These structures set the boundaries of the cognitive personality, in which the experience of perceiving any thing in the world becomes possible, as well as the understanding of the identity of every I (ego) to some other I (alter ego).

The presence of order (structure) in the process of conscious activity, which is hierarchical in appearance and independent of the random characteristics of individual acts of consciousness, guarantees the general reliability of the process of cognition, being a condition for the formation of a general meaningfulness of existing.
