Company Composition
Air France-KLM owns companies such as:

History
Air France-KLM was founded on May 5, 2004 through the merger of Air France and KLM .
As a result of the transaction, the government of the Republic of France received a 54.4% stake in the company.
Financial Performance
Revenue Air-France-KLM for the 2008-2009 financial year (ended in March) - $ 23.97 billion (decreased by 0.6%). Air-France-KLM's net loss for the fiscal year 2008-2009 reached € 814 million (or $ 1.1 billion), becoming the first negative result for the 12-month period since the formation of the Franco-Dutch alliance in 2003 .
