Minusinskaya street is a small street in the north-east of Moscow , in the Losinoostrovsky district of the North-Eastern administrative district . Located between Anadyrsky passage and Emerald Street . As part of the former city of Babushkin, it was Communist Street. After being included in the line of Moscow to eliminate the same name in 1964 it was renamed the city of Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory .
