Jason Lee ( born Jason Lee ; born May 9, 1971 , Forest Gate ) is an English footballer . Best known for playing for Lincoln City in the early 1990s.

Biography

Jason Lee began his career at Charlton Athletics in 1989, but only appeared once in the roster. In 1991, Jason went on loan to Stockport County , but even there the young tall striker did not play. Lee's real career began at Lincoln City , in two years Jason scored 21 goals in 93 matches.

In 1993, Jason moved to the Southend United camp, for which he spent 24 games, scored 3 goals. From 1994 to 1997, Jason played for Nottingham Forest , but in 1997 he was on loan at Charlton Athletic and Grimsby Town .

In 1997, for £ 200,000, Lee moved to Watford , but a year later he was sold to Chesterfield for £ 250,000. In the 1998/99 season, Jason spent 15 matches and scored one goal. The following season, Lee played three matches, after which he was leased to Peterborough United . Having scored 5 goals in 13 matches, in 2000 Lee was redeemed from Peterborough United. Speaking in the second English league in the 2004/05 season, Jason spent 32 matches and scored 7 goals, in the Cuba of England 3 games and 1 goal, in the League Cup 2 matches and 1 goal. At the end of the season, Boston took 16th place. In the championship of the second league of the 2005/06 season, Lee went on the main line-up in only 5 matches, and replaced 6 times. In just 11 games, Jason scored 2 goals. In the same season, January 9, 2006, as a free player, Lee moved to Compton United (the team played in the same second league), in which he scored one goal in 8 games. At the end of the season, the team took 2nd place, and reached the first league .

In June 2006, 35-year-old Jason moved to Notts County . In the 2007/08 season, Lee was the team captain. In 2008, Jason Lee left the Notts County. [2]

On August 1, 2008, Jason signed a contract with the Mansfield Town Club. For six months of speaking for the club, Jason spent 21 matches and scored 3 goals. In January 2009, Lee went on loan to Kettering Town Club, which played in the championship of the National Conference [3] . In three months, Jason spent six matches for Kettering Town and scored one goal.

After the lease ended, Lee signed a contract with the Corby Town club, which performed in one of the lower divisions of England [4] . Jason's debut took place on March 21, 2009 in a match against the Farnborough Club, ending in a draw 3: 3; Lee scored one of the goals in the 37th minute of the match [5] .

In November 2010, Jason announced the completion of his football career. [6] The 39-year-old striker made this decision after the death of his mother in late October [7] , but already in 2011 he resumed his career in the club of the Eastern Football League of the Northern Counties "Arnold Town".
