Biography

Volunteer participated in the First World War on the Caucasian Front and in Persia , rose to the rank of lieutenant .
In the spring of 1917, as a battalion commander, he took part in the campaign of Colonel L. F. Bicherahov (an attempt through Persia to establish contact with the British troops in Mesopotamia ) [1] .

He emigrated to Germany , where for 16 years he worked as a taxi driver in Berlin [1] .
September 1, 1941 was invited to work in the Imperial Ministry of the occupied eastern territories . He headed the commission for the distribution of prisoners of war by specialty. For harsh criticism of the conditions of detention of Russian prisoners of war he was suspended from work on the commission. At the end of March 1942 he came to Smolensk and took part in the formation of the Russian National People's Army (RNNA) . He is the commandant of the Central Headquarters. On August 29, 1942, he was recalled to Berlin.
In the spring of 1943 he was sent to Pskov to form the 1st Guards Battalion (brigade) of the ROA . Appointed to the post of chief of staff. At the end of August 1943, he was again recalled to Berlin. Since September 2, 1943 - an employee of the headquarters of General A. A. Vlasov . He held the post of commandant of the headquarters, later - the head of the personal office of General Vlasov.
After the surrender of Germany, he avoided extradition and took an active part in saving the ROA ranks from extradition to the USSR . He lived in Munich , worked as the head of the personnel department of Radio Liberty . Since 1963 he was a member of the Church of the Holy Prince-Vladimir Brotherhood .
Died April 25, 1990 in Munich.
