Summary
The film shows the same criminal story, but from two points of view. The action takes place in Moscow and Yalta in the summer of 1990 [2] .
A funeral home employee and a major plunderer of socialist property, Vadim Alekseevich, enjoys legal work leave in Yalta, where he meets a charming hairdresser (at the time of her acquaintance she introduced herself as the “daughter of the republic's prosecutor”) Ada. Upon his return to Moscow, Vadim Alekseevich discovers that the door of his apartment is sealed by the prosecutor's office , and there is a summons in the mailbox. In order to stop a possible criminal case against him, Vadim is ready to pay a bribe. His mistress Ada just reveals a close acquaintance referent minister who is ready to settle the problem. To do this, Vadim Alekseevich has to part with all illegally acquired cash.
The second series tells about a large-scale fraud organized by the recidivist Chibis, who just left the place of detention, and the swindler Grisha. The task was to find an underground millionaire (Vadim Alekseevich), after which a method close to what Ostap Bender used against Koreiko was applied to him.
This whole criminal company did not assume that it had been under the supervision of the police for a long time, which was just waiting for a diplomat filled with bills to be born.
