At the intersection of the fields is a narrow belt of azure color. The belt is framed by a golden meander . Belt edging is also gold. Meander as a Greek ornament shows that Starobeshevo and other villages in the area are Greek.
A silver colored diamond is located in the center of the lower field, which symbolizes the extraction of flux limestone by the Komsomolskoye Ore Mining Administration .
The rhombus on both sides is accompanied by lightning of golden color. Lightnings symbolize Starobeshevskaya state district power station . Lightnings are arranged like an overturned rafter .
In the center of the upper field of the coat of arms is a golden tractor . The tractor symbolizes the labor merits of Pasha Angelina and the focus of the region's economy on agriculture. The tractor prototype was a station wagon .
The shield is framed by two stalks of cereals, which indicate that cereals are the main crop that is grown in the area. The stalks are twisted with a ribbon of azure color, on which there is an inscription of gold color "Starobeshevsky district".
The colors of the coat of arms and the meander are repeated in the flag of the Starobeshevsky district of Donetsk region.
