Biography
Terry Lester was born on April 13, 1950. He graduated from Southport and Depot University in Greencastle ( Indiana , USA).
He began to play in the theater while serving in the army, after which he decided to move to Hollywood and pursue an acting career. He played the piano very well, sang and was a good actor. After “starring” roles in famous daytime series ( soap operas ) (see filmography below), Leicester began to devote more time to theater (especially musicals ) and composing music.
The most famous role of Leicester was the role of the charming scoundrel Jack Abbott in the series " Young and the Insolent ." It is believed that it was Leicester’s talent that helped the series overcome the transition period and occupy the first lines of ratings.
The actor died at home on November 28, 2003 from a series of heart attacks.
