The United Left Party of Estonia is the party created in June 2008 through the merger of the Constitutional Party and the Left Party of Estonia on the platform of the Party of European Left [2] . In the European Parliament elections in 2009, she gained 0.9% of the vote. In the parliamentary elections of 2011, S. Yurgens [3] and G. Bystrov [4] participated in the list of the People’s Union . Since 2018, the party’s chairman has been Mstislav Rusakov [5] .

In 2017, activists of the creation of a new Party of the Peoples of Estonia joined the OLPE [6] . The party this year received 1 mandate (in the city of Maardu) in the municipal elections. [7]
