The flag was approved on July 22, 2011 [1] in accordance with paragraph 6.6 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2008 No. 437 and paragraph 11 of the Regulation on the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, approved by resolution Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2009 No. 457.
Description
“The flag of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography is a purple rectangular panel with the State flag of the Russian Federation in the roof.
In the right half of the banner is the emblem of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.
The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is one to one and a half. The ratio of the square to the flag square is one to four. The ratio of the height of the emblem to the width of the flag is one to two. ”
The emblem of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography is an image of a golden double-headed eagle with raised wings, crowned with two small crowns and above them one large crown connected by a ribbon. The eagle holds a shield covering its chest in its paws. In the purple field of the shield are placed diagonally crossed silver scroll and theodolite superimposed on a gold chain.
