Geography
The village of Inogoshch is located on the north of the eastern shore of the Inogoshchensk Lake, 8 km [3] southeast of the village of Ozerki , 15 km southeast of the city of Okulovka [3] .
On the opposite side of the lake is the village of Horushka .
The other is located on the Valdai Upland , the surrounding terrain is hilly and moraine . Soils: sod-weakly podzolic and weakly podzolic.
History
In 1773-1927 the village of Inogosh was located in the Borovichi district of the Novgorod province . From the beginning of the 19th century, it belonged to the Shegrinsky volost of Borovichi district. [four]

In 1911, in the village of Inogosh there were 25 courtyards with 37 houses and a population of 152 people. There was a chapel. [6]
In 1970, the Transportnik state farm was organized, which became the main place of work for the inhabitants of the village of Inogoshch.
Inoshch village was part of the Ozerkovsky rural settlement .
In 2010, the village of Inogosh became part of the Uglovsky urban settlement .
