Pipe Village ( Pipe Plant Village ) is a settlement in the Right-Bank District of Lipetsk . It has a roadway that runs along the southeast side of the industrial zone of the Pipe Plant to Sovkhoznaya Street .

The village was formed in the late 1940s - early 1950s during the construction of the Pipe Plant , which received its name. Built up by private houses and temporary residential buildings ("temporary huts").
On some new maps of the city, the Pipe Village is incorrectly depicted as part of Trubnaya Street : it is located 200 meters from the village already in the area of the Experimental Station .
