He attributed to several surviving poems, including lyrical love poems "Eros-fugitive", "Europe", crying about the bucolic Bione, an epigram on Eros , comparing the life of a fisherman and a villager (the only bucolic work itself) and several small erotic plays. Most of the writings of Mosch are printed in editions of the writings of Bion and Theocritus .
