Criticism Perceptions
According to ANN 's review, Urusei Yatsura spawned thousands of imitations and placed the romantic comedy on the anime card. It is a "implausible" love story, overcoming space, time and species differences. Although the story was imitated many times, no one could reproduce the quality of the original. Since the series has many unique and attractive characters, according to the reviewer, the viewer will surely find someone with whom he can identify himself. In an extreme case, it will simply tear your stomach laughing at the characters. And if the viewer likes Tenchi Muyo! ”,“ Ranma ½ ”,“ El Hazard ”or any other story about“ implausible ”love, this anime at least deserves his attention [10] . According to a 2007 survey by the Ministry of Culture of Japan , it ranks 31st among the best manga of all time. [eleven]
Story
The demons, who arrived from outer space and possess many times superior Earth technology, are going to enslave the Earth. However, they agree to stop the invasion if a person randomly selected by their computer can touch the horns of the main character, the daughter of the leader of the invaders, for ten days, Lam. That person becomes the second main character, Ataru Moroboshi. He fails after failure and before the final fight, his girlfriend Shinobu promises to marry him if he wins. This gives him the strength to achieve victory by cunning, but Lam interprets his subsequent phrase “Now you can get married” as a marriage proposal . The series tells about the formed love triangle and the troubles that Ataru constantly gets into.

Girls almost never reciprocate with him, and many he is a bit for harassment. However, when it comes to girls, Ataru is not confused by any obstacles. Despite his poor reputation, Ataru was elected class president. Although Ataru is ready to look after any girl, with respect to Lam, he practically shows neither love, nor at least kindness. He absolutely does not hide the fact that she is cheating on her and moreover, he can do it right in front of his "wife".
