FAKRO is one of the world's leading manufacturers of attic materials with the second largest market share (over 17%). The main type of products is roof windows, attic stairs, as well as steam and waterproofing roofing films. The plants of the enterprise are located in Poland (in the cities of Novy Sacz , Tymbark , Dobra, Milets), in Ukraine ( Lviv and Shklo ) and in Russia ( Vologda Oblast ). FAKRO products can be found in all European countries, in Canada, the USA, Chile, China, Japan, New Zealand. Exports account for over 70% of all sales. The number of employees exceeds 3200 people.

Caring for the environment

Thanks to the most modern technologies, the production of roof windows (the main part is made of wood) and other materials is virtually waste-free. Timber harvesting in forestry farms is carried out with the constant resumption of planting in such a way that new plantings exceed the felling of trees. Subsequently, all blanks are processed only with environmentally friendly materials.
