Formed on 12/27/1941 in Kotlas (Limenda village). More than a third of its composition came from the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , and it also included many former prisoners who were serving sentences in local camps and colonies, and who submitted a request to be sent to the front.

From 04/09/1942 she began the transfer to the region of Andreapol and took up positions in the second echelon. She took part in the Velikiye Luki offensive operation , the Nevelsk-Gorodok operation , the Madon offensive operation , the Riga operation , the liberation of the cities of Velikiye Luki , Nevel , Polotsk , Krustpils , Sebezh , Daugavpils , Riga , Jelgava , the capture of Tilsit .

04/16/1945 was transferred to Bucharest , where she ended the war.
