Types of ceiling decoration
- Drawing on the ceiling will help to decorate the interior and hide the imperfections of the ceiling and visually adjust the size of the room. The latest technology allows you to decorate the ceiling not only with drawings, but also with photographs.
- Ceilings with 3D effect - in ordinary lighting, they look like ordinary ceilings with a bright pattern, and when illuminated with BLB-lamps they become voluminous and allow you to convey the smallest detail of panoramic views (landscapes, space, buildings, etc.). This effect is ensured by the combination of the cubic coating method and the highest resolution fluorescent pigments.
- Leather is an unusual and stylish type of ceiling decoration. It is not necessary to cover the entire area of the ceiling with skin, you can highlight some part or area. The leather coating is a vinyl-based board with organic impregnation. Plates can be of various colors and textures, including those with the author's volumetric embossing, painting, drawings, etc.
- Wooden ceilings can be created using various types of source material: simple panels, sophisticated parquet dice or rough boards.
- Stretch ceilings are fabric and film, suture and seamless.
- Glass canvases are no longer considered inappropriate materials for ceilings. Designers actively use glass both on the floor and on the ceiling. It is possible that soon such ceiling coverings will begin to compete with stretch ceilings. Glass ceilings are based on reliable and very lightweight stainless steel profiles. It is on them that glass canvases are attached. The shape of the paintings can be completely different: square, round, diamond-shaped, etc. Glass paintings can look spectacular in combination with laser engraving, inserts, illustrations, and backlighting.
Grinding
It is carried out if the defect area is insignificant. Using a spatula, surroundings of the problem area and directly the problem area itself with finishing material ( putty ), upon drying of which the surface is ground and painted .
Hiding
It is carried out when the area of the defect is quite large. Thus, the surface of an uneven and / or embossed ceiling is completely covered by an even material. Most often, the role of finishing material is performed by:
