Norihiro Yagi ( 八 木 教 広 Yagi Norihiro ) - mangaka . Born in 1968 in Okinawa . For his debut work, UNdeadman, published in Monthly Shonen Jump magazine and featuring two additions, Yagi Norihiro became the thirty-second winner of the Akatsuka Prize.

His first multi-volume manga was the comedy Angel Densetsu (Angel Legend), which appeared in Monthly Shonen Jump from 1992 to 2000. His epic saga Claymore appeared in the magazine from 2001 to 2014.
In his free time, Yagi is fond of things like the Japanese comedy duo Downtown, martial arts, games, driving and hard rock, but he does not consider them to be real hobbies.
