Graduated from MV Lomonosov Moscow State University .
In the State Duma of the first and second convocations she was deputy chairman of the Committee on Labor and Social Policy. In the third convocation, she was deputy chairman of the State Duma Commission on Sustainable Development, then a member of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and the State Duma Ethics Commission.
