Nana Mizuki ( Japanese 水 樹 奈 々 Mizuki Nana ) (née Nana Kondo ( Japanese я 奈 々 Kondo: Nana ) ) is a Japanese singer and seiyuu . Born January 21, 1980 in Niiham , Ehime Prefecture, Japan . In 2006, she took 13th place in the annual Grand Prix of Animage Magazine [1] .

Her seven albums - Ultimate Diamond , Impact Exciter , The Museum, The Museum II, Rockbound Neighbors, Supernal Liberty, Smashing Anthems became gold in Japan [2] [3] [4] .
Nana Mizuki voiced the mascot Nanami Madobe, in the Japanese version of Windows 7 , the word mascot is used in the name of the talisman ("Nana" = "seven") [5] [6] .
Mizuki was the first seiyu to hit the Oricon national Japanese album and singles chart since its inception in 1968 [7] [8] .
On January 21, 2011, in honor of the 10th anniversary of her singing career, she released her first autobiography called Shin Ai . On February 6, 2011, Mizuki won the Billboard Japan Music Awards - Top Pop Artists 2010 in Japan along with 4 other artists: AKB48 , Kana Nishino , SID and EXILE [9] .
Biography
Born in the city of Niihama , Ehime Prefecture. From childhood, she dreamed of becoming a singer, so from the age of five she took lessons in vocals and piano. As a child, participated in music competitions in the Enki genre until the age of fifteen. In 1994, she won the Enki National Competition in Tokyo , after which she studied at Horikoshi High School , and also studied at the Department of Talent at the Yoyogi Institute , which she graduated from like Horikoshi in March 1998. After graduating, Horikoshi received the TRAIT-2 prize for academic performance. Before working for the King Records label , she worked for another studio that went bankrupt in the late 90s. Mizuki also had to endure sexual harassment from his vocal and music teacher for five years.
Career
In 1993, she performed the song Tsugazakura dedicated to the Bessin mine. Mizuki first started working as a seiyuu in 1997, when she worked on her role in the game NOeL 〜La neige〜 , where she played the role of Tisata Kadokura. Releasing also a single of the character depart chisato × nana in 1998. On December 6, 2000, she signed with King Records and released her first single, Omoi . The first seiyu that was able to hold concerts in places such as Nippon Budokane , Sebuy Doum , Tokyo Doum , Hanshin Kosie Stadium , Saitama Super Arena , Osakajo Hall , Yokohama Stadium , Yokohama Arena , Chiba Marine Stadium , Yoyogi National Stadium and others. June 3, 2009 released the seventh album Ultimate Diamond which became gold in Japan and was sold in the amount of 104 thousand copies. From 2009 to 2014 she took part in the New Year's concert of Kohaku uta gassen . In May 2013, she collaborated with singer Takanori Nishikawa , who is known by the pseudonym TM Revolution , with whom they released the single Preserved Roses and Kakumei Dualism for which they received the Japan Record Awards . On July 7, 2013, Mizuki arranged a tour of her concerts throughout Japan and ended it at the end of November this year in Taipei . April 16, 2014 released an album called SUPERNAL LIBERTY , which exceeded the sales of the seventh album. On December 6, 2015, in the MUSIC program, JAPAN announced her fifteen-year career in the entertainment industry. In the same month, she announced the second concert in Tokyo Dome, which was held from April 9 to 10, 2016. September 22, 2016 for the first time held a concert at the Hanshin Kosie Stadium, in which she had long dreamed of holding such an event. In October this year, she was invited to the MTV Unplugged program , which was held on MTV Japan, in which she held her small concert. On April 2, 2017, Izumo Taisha in Izumo held her special performance near one of Japan 's oldest and most important Shinto shrines. From July 26 to August 25, 2017, she played the main character Carol King in the famous musical Beautiful in a double role with singer Ayaka Hirahara at the Imperial Theater.
