I Conference of the RSDLP

The First Conference of the Russian Social Democratic Party of the Parliaments was held in the city of Tammerfors ( Finnish. Tampere , Swedish. Tammersfors ) Finland from (12) December 25 to (17) December 30, 1905 . (It should be distinguished from the First Conference of the military and combat organizations of the RSDLP , which also took place in Tammerfors .)

The conference was attended by 41 delegates. Lenin was elected chairman of the conference. At the Tammerfors Conference for the first time, Stalin personally met with Lenin.

  • The resolution on the agrarian question excluding from the program of the RSDLP the provisions on the redemption payments for the land, canceled by the Imperial manifesto on November 3, 1905 , was adopted in the Leninist edition, the requirement was confiscated of all state, church, monastic, specific, cabinet and privately owned land
  • It is recommended to implement the principles of democratic centralism, while maintaining caution and strengthening the party's conspiracy apparatus
