Psou ( abh. Ҧsou ) - white semi-sweet wine . The classic in small quantities was prepared only from Tsolikauri grapes grown in Abkhazia .

At the moment, "Psou" is made in large quantities from the varieties Aligote , Riesling and Sauvignon (by the method of blending ) [1] .
The wine has a light straw color, with a delicate aroma, the taste is well pronounced, varietal, harmonious, with a pleasant sweetness. .
The finished wine contains alcohol 9-10.5% (up to 11%), sugar 3-5% with a titrated acidity of 5-7 grams / liter.
Wine is named after the eponymous river flowing along the border between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia.
