Vladimir Vladimirovich Yurzinov ( March 26, 1965 , Moscow , USSR ) - Soviet hockey player and Russian coach, son of Vladimir Yurzinov . He graduated from the Latvian State Institute of Physical Culture. Honored Coach of Russia [1] . The first head coach of the KHL Kunlun Red Star team in its history [2] .

At the head of Salavat Yulaev, he led the team to the silver medals of the Russian Championship in the 2013/14 season. Awarded with the KHL prize “Road Young” 2014. Finalist of the Spengler Cup 2014/15. Silver medalist of the Finnish Junior Championship (TPS Turku, 1993/94). Silver medalist of the Finnish championship (Ilves Tampere, 1997/98). Bronze medalist of the Continental Cup 1997/98. Sm-League All-Star Match Team Coach 1997/98. In the 1998/99 season, Ilves entered the top 4 of the European Hockey League. Twice nominated for the title of best coach in Finland. Champion VHL 2006/07 (“Torpedo” NN). As a senior coach, champion of Russia “Lokomotiv” Yaroslavl , 2001/02, 2002/03). Silver medalist of the Continental Cup 2002/03. Winner of the Spengler Cup (SKA St. Petersburg) 2010.

He played for the teams “Latvijas Berzs” and RShVSM ( Riga ), “Dynamo-2” Moscow , “Sokol” Novocheboksarsk . Silver medalist of the USSR Championship among juniors Dynamo Riga . He coached the Finnish clubs TPS and Kiekko-67 (Turku), Ilves Tampere (1995-1999), Essat Pori (1999-2001).
